My Story

For over two decades, I have been working as a seasoned talent transformation consultant across industries on people’s capability enhancement; creating a highly impactful business environment.

Having traveled extensively, I have conducted various programs and workshops across large corporate houses as well as educational institutes within India and in the US, UAE, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore to name a few.

Apart from adopting interactive and engaging styles of training workshops, I've aimed to carefully design workshops and interventions with a good blend of concepts and frameworks with a gamified form of application. My diversified experience working across large conglomerates as well as mid-sized companies, manufacturing as well as service sector, specific business units or the entire organization help me leverage the best practices from each segment. I work extensively on Psychometric assessments and tools to bring out the best in the incumbents and the trainings.
